Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals or recent graduates looking to explore a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial recordkeeping

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking

• Help prepare documents for tax filings and audits

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping

• Familiarity with real estate or property management accounting
